Beautiful Laila lives alone in a grand palace, where she owns everything and can have whatever she desires. Yet, despite all this, she feels bored. One day, she decides to invite the little elephant she had been watching from her window to join her for a cup of fragrant tea.
Laila succeeds in convincing the elephant to stay with her in her enormous palace, but the elephant begins to miss his companions and longs to return to them. Will he leave Laila? And will Laila let him go? A gentle story about friends and friendship, showing that nothing—no matter how grand or expensive—can ever take its place.
